SITE TYPES

Before you jump into reselling there is a-lot you will need to learn. One of the most confusing parts to a new reseller is the different types of website there are and how your purchasing experience will differ depending on what site type you are botting or trying to cop off manually. Sneaker drops which we target, drop on a wide range of sites and site types at certain times or even at random times. DreamCook will provide you with site lists which will list out each site that will be dropping x item along with the time they will drop. Below are a few main sites that we often see profitable items drop on.

However there is another whole side of botting and thats retail botting on sites such as Walmart, Target and BestBuy. This type of sites do not drop sneakers. They drop items such as GPU's, Pools, Lowkey Items, Sports Cards, Pokemon and a whole lot more. Both sneaker botting and retail botting have their advantages and disadvantages against each other and you must decide which side of botting you want to focus. If you have enough capital it's a smart idea to get into both.

SNEAKER BOTTING MAIN SITES

  • Below we will talk about some of main sites you will come across when you start your sneaker botting career and a brief overview of how things work on them.

SHOPIFY

Firstly, Shopify is a platform not a site its self. Many sites run off the Shopify platform and it is a very popular choice of platform for sneaker sites. Most of the main sites that drop profitable sneakers that us resellers bot use the Shopify platform to release their sneakers / items.

Some examples of sites that use the Shopify platform are: Kith, DSM, Concepts, ShoePalace and ShopNiceKicks. These sites will all drop their products in roughly the same manner. As they all use the same platform the checkout process is basically identical. This means two things, firstly this means that many bots will support Shopify; that means that if x bot supports the Shopify platform it will be able to bot ANY site that uses the Shopify platform.

SHOPIFY DROP INFORMATION

There are obviously thousands of Shopify sites that all do different things, for example a site can use Shopify and have nothing to do with sneakers and will have little relevancy to us resellers. There are roughly 30 main Shopify sites that continually will drop upcoming, popular sneaker releases. These 30 sites will often receive stock for upcoming releases, then post on their socials about when they will drop said sneakers. Resellers are familiar with how Shopify drops work as they happen all the time, often at the same time.

Lets say today is drop day for the Jordan 1 'Dark Mocha' a very popular sneaker. Many sites such as Kith, DSM, SNK and ShoePalace will all drop this sneaker, but you may be asking "how will I know when they drop?" That's what DreamCook is here for. Before each release DreamCook posts "site lists" which is essentially just a list of all the sites dropping x product. There is a VERY common pattern that occurs with most Shopify sites; they will mostly all drop at 3pm EST on the drop day.

Some Shopify sites are 🇺🇸 based, some are 🇪🇺 based and some are based in other countries around the world. This is specifically important as this means a few things. Some USA based Shopify sites will ONLY ship to the USA, meaning if you are from the UK for instance, you wont be able to purchase off this site. Some USA based sites will ship worldwide, but at a hefty cost which will cut into your profits if you are attempting to sell x item that you are having shipped to your non USA destination. This also means that some sites will have different drop times than others. Most if not all 🇪🇺 based Shopify sites will drop at 3am EST. Then most if not all 🇺🇸 based Shopify sites will drop at 10am EST. This is a common occurrence and however there are a select few US sites that don't drop at the usual 10am EST which will become apparent in the site list.

The aim of this site type is to be as fast as possible. Although bots dominate the Shopify site type there is still a good chance you can cop off this site manually if you know what your doing. There are many tools and extensions you can use which will aid your success when "manually" attempting to purchase off this site which will increase your checkout speed but they are nothing compared to bots. Shopify is an incredibly complex site type when it comes to botting and there are many aspects that you need to understand before you can jump into Shopify botting which is explained in more detail here.

HOW SHOPIFY DROPS WORK

A Shopify site such as Kith will drop x item at x time (usually 10am EST). Manual people will have to find the item > select their desired size > add it to cart > click checkout > wait in queue > get passed queue > add shipping details > add billing details > add payment details > click pay. This is obviously a pretty long process but the main area you should be looking at is the highlighted "wait in queue". Shopify works off a FCFS system, that means whoever gets into the queue first will be the first to get access to checkout. What makes botting Shopify so superior, is their ability to find the item, select a size, add it to cart and get into queue at a much faster rate then doing it manually. Not to mention a bots ability to do everything after that incredibly quickly too. Shopify drops often last only a few seconds before they are OOS.

FCFS = First Come First Served

OOS = Out Of Stock

A FEW MAIN SHOPIFY SITES

FOOTSITES

The word "Footsites" is a name given to 6 sites. They are all essentially exactly the same just under different names. They drop the same, they often drop the same product and drop at the same time. The 5 main Footsites are:

  1. Footlocker US + EU

Footlocker EU is split into 17 different sites, each EU country having their own Footlocker.

  • GB - United Kingdom 🇬🇧

  • DE - Germany 🇩🇪

  • FR - France 🇫🇷

  • NL - Netherlands 🇳🇱

  • BE - Belgium 🇧🇪

  • NO - Norway 🇳🇴

  • DL - Denmark 🇩🇰

  • IE - Ireland 🇮🇪

  • PT - Portugal 🇵🇹

  • HU - Hungary 🇭🇺

  • CZ - Czech Republic 🇨🇿

  • GR - Greece 🇬🇷

  • PL - Poland 🇵🇱

  • AT - Austria 🇦🇹

  • ES - Spain 🇪🇸

  • IT - Italy 🇮🇹

  • LU - Luxembourg 🇱🇺

US Footsites commonly drop at 10am EST. Despite Footsites' best efforts to stop bots, they dominate this site leaving it almost impossible to cop manually. This is one of the main sites that many botters are able to secure hundreds if not thousands of pairs from. Botting this site type can be expensive, tedious and demoralising however it can also be very rewarding if done right.

Going manual on Footsites is not a great experience. Around 5-10 minutes before the drop the queue will go up putting everyone in the queue. You will then be selected to pass the queue and checkout. Footsites will often crash and be very slow during drop times and is dominated by bots.

SUPREME

Unlike the other site types we have talked about the Supreme site isn't a type of site, It is its own site however it has many regions. Each region is only accessible from said region. For example someone from the UK cannot access the US region unless they are using a VPN or Proxies. Unlike the other sites, Supreme only drops Supreme branded items. Other site types such as Shopify and Footsites will often drop a wide range of products including profitable ones which we target.

Due to Supremes efforts in stopping bots, going manual gives you quite a high chance if you have the right knowledge and a few tools to help you out. The battle between Supreme devs and bot devs is bloody. One week bots will destroy, another week bots will fail. Its a back and forth war with no end in sight.

Supreme has been on the decline for a few years however each week DreamCook is able to analyse the drop list and pick out a few items that will still hold good resell value.

Supreme drops are quick, almost instant. With sell-out times hitting under 3 seconds on some drops it may seem impossible for manual but it can be done. During the Supreme season drops will occur every Thursday at 11am no matter what region. Although Supreme isn't that profitable most of the time, it is certainly something to keep your eye on whilst in DreamCook.

YEEZY SUPPLY / ADIDAS

Both Yeezy Supply and Adidas often drop Yeezys in the same manor. Adidas is a well known site that also drops Adidas sneakers and items. Yeezy Supply on the other hand is a Yeezy dedicated site. When a Yeezy drop rolls around, YS will put up a timer on their site which will count down to the drop time for x Yeezy. They often don't say which Yeezy they will be dropping but that is what DreamCook is for. We will inform you way ahead of time what Yeezy is dropping along with a plethora of other information such as retail, resell, best sizes to cop, hot to cop etc... As the name suggests for YS they only drop Yeezys. Adidas also drops Yeezys under this URL and they often drop an hour apart from each other. Yeezy Supply often drops at 10am EST whereas Adidas often drops at 11am EST.

Yeezys can be very profitable and they are certainly something you should keep an eye on. DreamCook will provide you with all the information needed regarding these types of drops. YS and Adidas drops are not too harsh on manual users as much as other sites however they are too, dominated by bots. In order to really make good money on Yeezy drops, you will need a bot to secure hundreds of pairs. Although going manual and copping one or two pairs, the real money is in the quantity.

Yeezy drops are pretty dependent on stock levels. If stock is high then drops can often go on for hours. If stock is low drops can be finished in about 30 minutes. Unlike Shopify these drops go on for a pretty long time due to the system they use. Around 5 minutes before the scheduled drop time, a "waiting room" will go up. Everyone waiting on the site will be put into this waiting room then around 5 minutes after the scheduled drop time a message will appear saying "sale has started" this is when manual and bot users will wait in a queue and be selected to purchase a pair. This is called "passing splash". Once you "pass splash" you will be able to select a size still in stock and checkout. Bots enable you to "pass splash" and checkout multiple times and fast whereas manual users are only really able to cop a maximum of 1-3 pairs as each time they cop they will be put back in the splash page (queue) whereas bots will have thousands of "tasks" waiting in the queue ready to checkout which obviously drastically increases that persons chances of copping.

RETAIL BOTTING MAIN SITES

  • Below we will talk about some of main sites you will come across when you start your retail botting career and a brief overview of how things work on them.

WALMART

Botting Walmart is pretty straight forward. Most of the time you will be running Walmart 24/7 on certain items. Sometimes we know what time and date x item will be dropping and other times you wait for large restocks to happen in order to actually start running. Some of the main items you will be targeting on this site are:

  • Sports Cards

  • Random Lowkey Items

  • Consoles

TARGET

When it comes to Walmart, the items you are targeting are essentially the same as Walmart. Target is a bit harder to bot but often do much bigger restocks / drops for certain profitable items. Again, most of the time you will be running Target 24/7 however one of their main drops are their weekly sports card restocks which we have information on ahead of time. Some of the main items you will be targeting on this site are:

  • Sports Cards

  • Random Lowkey Items

  • Consoles

BESTBUY

BestBuy is a site that is mainly targeted for its GPU drops / restocks. This site will often restock a small amount GPU's all week long then every other week will do one large GPU restock including a very wide range and large stock of RTX 30xx cards. For this site you will mostly be running 24/7. The main items you will be targeting on this site are:

  • NVIDIA GPU'S

  • AMD GPU'S

AMAZON

Amazon is another site that is mainly targeted for its GPU restocks. This site restocks random GPU's all week long. Again this is a site you will be running 24/7. Its quite hard to bot Amazon and requires a few intricate setup pointers in order to run effectively such as "warm amazon accounts" which is something you will learn about in the respective site guide. The main items you will be targeting on this site are:

  • NVIDIA GPU'S

  • AMD GPU'S

This is just the beginning, there are loads of different sites that drop profitable items. It can be a-lot to take in but this information comes naturally. To summarise; profitable sneakers will have an announced drop day. On this drop day multiple different sites and site types may drop x item, with each different site having a different system and checkout experience. Then when it comes to retail botting, you are mostly running 24/7 for random restocks that happen through out the day. You are also targeting a whole different market of profitable items. Almost always Consoles, Sports Cards, Random Lowkey Items, Pokemon and more.
