This delay is pretty simple, it is the exact same concept as the monitor delay only instead of "monitoring" it is the amount of time each task waits before it tries again after the task gets an error. There is not much else to it. Again, you want this to be low enough so your tasks don't wait too long to the point it misses something and not too low to the point the site picks it up and rate limits you.
