WHAT IS A PROFILE?

It can be quite hard to grasp the idea of profiles as a total beginner to botting so we'll try our best at explaining it. So a profile is essentially a collection of all the personal information needed to make a purchase online. This includes your name, email, address, credit card information and more. Whatever is needed to purchase an item on a website, your bot will use the data in one of your profiles to do so.

On all bots there will be a section called "Profiles". Here you can make or import as many profiles as you want. Now, there is only 1 version of you, only 1 address, only 1 phone number, only 1 email etc... so why would you need more than 1 profile? When you are botting websites, chances are the website will employ a 1 per person order limit on each item. There are some exceptions for this however most if not all items that are sought after will have this rule applied. That means if you have made a profile, perhaps called "Profile X" and it contains all your personal information such as your full name, email, address and credit card, that profile will only be able to checkout x item one time. The aim of the game when it comes to botting is securing as many pairs or items as possible. This is why you need as many different profiles as possible.

As we have said most sites will only allow 1 checkout per person. But how would they know the same person has checked out more than 1 time? Well, they will have automated systems that go through all the orders and check if certain parts of peoples "profiles" have checkout out more than 1 time. One of the most common ways sites will do this is look at your address or email. If they see that the same address has been used to checkout more than 1 time, they will cancel the order. However it's not just the address, the websites duplicate order system will likely check through a number of different aspects of your profile.

This is why you will want as many different profiles each using different information as possible. But as we have said, there is only one of you, one address, one email, one phone number etc... This is where jigging comes in. There is a whole guide dedicated to jigging so we wont go into much detail.

It is very easy to make multiple different profiles with different names, emails, fake phone numbers etc... however there are certain parts of your profile which can be hard to duplicate. Such as your address and credit card. Another way sites will detect multiple orders is to see if the same credit card has checked out multiple times. Yes you could theoretically use different credit cards you may have lying around the house such as your moms, dads, sisters, dogs and so on. But in most cases you wont have more than just a few cards and this is where virtual credit cards come in which is what the next guide will talk about.

You may be asking, well I only have one address how can I possibly get multiple orders through sites duplicate detection systems, again this is where jigging comes in. Jigging your address or any part of your profile simply means slightly changing certain parts so to the automated system it looks completely different.

For example lets say the following details were used in a profile called Profile X

• Name: John Smith

• Email: [e-mail]

• Phone: [phone]

• Address Line 1: 123 Apple Street

• Address Line 2:

• Zip Code: 90042

• State: California

• City: Los Angeles

• Country: United States

• Credit Card: 4545 4545 4545 4545

If Profile X checks out, let's say a Travis Scott Jordan 1 on Kith. Kith will now know that someone called John Smith who lives at 123 Apple Street with a credit card ending in x4545 has checked out a Travis Scott Jordan 1. If Profile X then checks out the same item again, Kith's multiple order detection system is going to cancel the second order, and sometimes as a result cancel the first order too.

Now lets say you checked out using Profile X and had another profile called Profile Y with the following details

• Name: James Kelp

• Email: [e-mail]

• Phone: [phone]

• Address Line 1: 123 Apple St

• Address Line 2: Apartment 4

• Zip Code: 90042

• State: California

• City: Los Angeles

• Country: United States

• Credit Card: 4646 4646 4646 4646

If Profile X checked out and Profile Y also checked out, Kith is not going to know its the same person because they have jigged one of their profiles. Kith cannot tell that this is the same person due to the very subtle changes that were made such as the different credit card, slightly adjusted Address Line 1, the added Apartment 4 in Address Line 2, the different name and the different email. Kith would allow both orders to go through
